Shipping Information
Shipping Details:
All our packages are fully insured, and the estimated delivery times listed below apply to orders shipped within Pakistan. Please note that the delivery timeframe includes both processing and production time.
- Standard Shipping: 7 to 10 working days
- Urgent Shipping: 5 to 6 working days
Address Information:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at the time of placing an order. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please make sure to specify this clearly during checkout.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays or failed deliveries, and Mallomall will not be held responsible for such cases.
Shipping Notification:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Notification Email containing your Order ID and the shipping date.
You can use your Order ID to track your package as it makes its way to you. Additionally, you can check the status of your order anytime by visiting our “Track My Order” page and entering your Order ID along with your Email Address.
